Santa Alicia who make El Cadejo are a long established (by Chilean standards) producer in the Maipo Valley to the South West of Santiago. They make wines of expressive fruit characteristics whose quality level rarely dips below very good. Their Reserve range has great style with the Carmenère offering the best value.
