Domaine Philipe Portier is a family estate of 18 Ha on the south bank of the river Cher near Sancerre. Quincy benefits from a clay gravel soil and a southerly aspect giving definition to the white flower aromas and the crisp acidity. The Portier family have farmed this land for generations.
