Le Pied Marin is selected by Aujoux, from whom we source our House Wines and this showed real class with a concentration of fruit and a spine of clean acidity. Le Vrai Picpoul we feel.
The area is dominated by a Mediterranean climate conducive to the cultivation of the vine. The AOC Picpoul de Pinet reflects the local tradition of the Etang de Thau. A lively style that marries perfectly with seafood and freshly caught fish.
