Caprice de Gris is wholly owned by the producer organization Alliance des Vins Fins which is located at Julienas in the heart of Beaujolais. Caprice de Gris benefits from the wealth of winemaking experience brought to it by Aujoux and Depagnieux, the founders of the business. The wines are clean well made expressions of the variety.
