From their small split level winery at Ventheuil, on the North side of the valley from Epernay, The Dubois family create top quality chamapagnes from blends of the three traditional varieties. Ably run by Mme Claudy Dubois, they grow and vinify all their own wine in the traditional fashion. Redempteur is the family flagship and is a lovely glass of Champagne as well as being great value for money.
