Domaine de Boissan is a small estate in Sablet on the western slopes of Mont Ventoux. With vineyards in Gigondas and Vacqueyras M. Bonfils makes lovely concentrated yet elegant wines, a real find in this region of often overcooked plum jam! We have recently extended our selection from this vineyard to include his white wine, Vaucluse and Côtes du Rhône. All very drinkable.
