Domaine Auriol is situated in Lezignan-Corbieres in the Southern Languedoc and is owned by the Vialard family. Set up by Claude Vialard in 1995, this estate is very focussed on Organic production. For this wine, handpicked grapes are seperately vinified in small batches before blending and cellaring for 12 months.
