The Bordeaux and Friends Case
A mixed case of Bordeaux and other Southern French wines made from the classic Bordelais varieties. Perfect with Spring Lamb.
Claret and its ilk have long been deemed to be the perfect match for Lamb, due to the cool-on-the-palate nature of Cabernet Sauvignon that cuts through the gentle fattiness of spring lamb. So, here is our Spring suggestion of Clarets and Claret-like reds to start the season off.
